GETTING YOUR QUOTE OR BOOKING YOUR CLEAN

CONFIRMATION & THE WAIT
Within one business day of booking, you will receive a confirmation email! This email will walk you through how you should prepare for your cleaning!

You will also receive a reminder depending on the wait -- seven days and three days before your clean

CLEANING DAY PREPERATION
STEP THREE
On the day of your cleaning, your cleaner will arrive between 10 AM - 1 PM depending on the time you select during booking.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to do a thorough walkthrough of your home to let us better understand your pain points & needs outside of our checklist
​
Before departure, you will do a final walkthrough with your cleaner to approve that the cleaning is up to your standards, this is a mandatory walkthrough. This is your way of approving what you paid for!
STEP FOUR
ENJOY YOUR HOME
After your walkthrough, your home is yours to enjoy! You can either schedule a recurring clean (we highly recommend this) or keep our information for a later date!

The goal of the pre and post-walkthrough during your appointment is to make sure we understand entirely your needs and to make sure we exceed your expectations.
​
During the final walkthrough of your home, you can point out any issues you have with your cleaning, and your cleaner will then fix any issues to meet your expectations (this is within reason) at that moment.

ONE BUSINESS DAY CLAUSE:
​
When your cleaner has left your home, we are under the impression you are completely happy and satisfied with your service ... You have one business day to alert us of your dissatisfaction so that a member of our team can be scheduled to fix those issues or for any compensation to be awarded.
At the end of that one business day, it is at the discretion of Immaculately Maid what action will be taken.
